Brand refine
Anger Me Not
October 2018
Anger Me Not Inc., is a non-profit organization who offer counseling services, education, and support to individuals affected, aiming to empower them to regain control over their lives. My mission was to re-create the logo for future use and develop a new brand identity.
Raster to vector
After speaking with the client about their existing logo, which was provided in a PDF format.  I explained that while PDFs can store high-quality images, the logo itself was not in a true vector format, making it difficult to scale and edit without loss of quality. I discussed the importance of recreating it as a fully editable vector file (such as an AI, EPS, or SVG), ensuring it remains crisp and adaptable for various applications. Additionally, I started sketching new logo concepts and design refinements based on our discussion, providing fresh ideas for the client to review while maintaining brand consistency.
We also reviewed potential refinements to improve clarity, color accuracy, and overall usability while maintaining brand consistency. The complimentary purple color palette (above) was inspired by the original design colored. We went for clean and crisp typography, using Baskerville throughout in varying shades of grey.
I sketched out a bunch of ideas (above) for the logo vector re-design, concentrating on the color, and shape of the image story. I  wanted to take a more abstract approach and focus on representing the female despair, the teardrop, and the lip typography. I kept the logo re-design very minimal and paired the clean sans-serif typography.
Brand revamped to elevate presence
Now that we've refined the logo, the brand now has a versatile direction. Since the client wasn't ready to invest in additional design services, I saw this as an opportunity to showcase my skills through her brand expansion. Now, the next step is bringing it all to life.
I began by expanding their brand story on Facebook, focusing on refining visuals, strengthening brand consistency, and creating a more engaging, professional presence. With the foundation set on their social platform, I then carried this design approach into the next phase. Developing a cohesive set of brand assets that maintained visual harmony across all touchpoints.
Social Media Post
Consistency is key to building a strong brand presence on social media. Each post is designed to reflect the brand's identity and engage the audience with a clear and cohesive message. I've ensured that every piece aligns seamlessly with the brand's overall aesthetic by refining the visuals, typography, and color palette. This approach strengthens recognition, improves engagement, and creates a polished, professional look across all platforms.
A strong social media presence drives engagement, builds trust, and reinforces brand identity. By refining the visuals, enhancing consistency, and aligning each post with the brand's voice. I've created a more cohesive and professional look.
This approach not only strengthens brand recognition but also boosts audience engagement, making the content more impactful and memorable. To further enhance their brand presence, I also designed a preview of wearable assets, extending their visual identity beyond digital platforms.
